Think you or your child has the flu? Mercy Health is bringing convenient online care to you offering Evisits for common conditions, like the flu, for pediatric and adult patients.

An Evisit offers you the same care you expect from Mercy Health providers without leaving the comfort of your home. This alternative to an in-person office visit happens solely via messaging on our secure portal, MyChart.

Through your MyChart account, simply click ‘Begin an Evisit.’ You will then be prompted to answer a series of questions and describe your symptoms. Once a Mercy Health Physician primary care provider reviews this information alongside your medical history, you’ll receive a message with the recommended treatment plan. No online video or chats necessary! If needed, the doctor will send a prescription to your pharmacy.

Don’t have a MyChart account yet? Visit this page to sign up for MyChart.
