A health system earning a best employer recognition during a pandemic is no easy feat. However, we are so proud to announce that Mercy Health – Springfield has done just that. In fact, this marks the second year in a row that Springfield residents have recognized us as one of the region’s best employers.

Additionally, Mercy Health – Oakwood Village took home Best Assisted Living Facility honors for the fourth year in a row.
The Best of the Best is an annual program hosted by The Chamber of Greater Springfield. This year, it attracted more than 3,000 votes across 39 different categories, including restaurants, retail, recreation and services. The chamber announced the awards during a virtual ceremony on October 29.
