Next time you visit Mercy.com, you’ll likely notice some key changes. Our new website was created with you in mind. From medical content and patient stories to an easy-to-navigate layout, each component is a reflection of our journey to make health care easier for you. Whether you want to hop right over and explore the new site, or read the highlights below — we’re excited to have you along for the ride!

Mercy stories

You’ve likely heard that you never have a second chance to make a first impression. That’s why the Mercy.com homepage and all areas of our new site highlight what’s most important— our mission, the wonderful communities we serve and the people who make Mercy Health a place unlike any other.

The people we serve are our priority. That’s why our new homepage greets you with the warm faces and stories from our Mercy Health community. Through highlighting our care, compassion and the Mercy Health difference, the new site serves as a lens into how we help you be well — in mind, body and spirit.

Health care services and specialties content

These days when we’re sick, one of the easiest things to do is type our symptoms into a search engine. We created our health care services and specialties content so you can better understand your health. Best of all, the vetted, clinical content is straight from the Mercy Health caregivers you know and trust.

So next time you or a loved one isn’t feeling your best, we encourage you to explore our ‘Health Care Services’ or ‘Conditions & Treatments’ tabs. Here, you’ll find information about the services we offer, the conditions we treat, treatments available near you and more about your health and symptoms. Which brings us right to our next point…

Find a doctor or location with ease

All of the pages on our new site that relate to our services, specialties and the conditions and treatments we offer have a list of doctors and locations nearby that provide what you’re looking for. So, if you’re searching allergies, scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find allergy and immunology specialists with whom you can book an appointment, as well as a list of facilities where our allergy specialists practice. You can view these doctors and facilities by entering your city or zip code to find the Mercy Health care teams closest to you!

If you’re looking to search our full list of doctors or locations, you can also do that by clicking our ‘Find a Doctor’ or ‘Locations’ tab in the top navigation. And you won’t want to miss our brand new interactive locations map, where you can filter the results by your location and the location type you’re looking for.

Once you choose the location you want from the map, you can click to call or get turn-by-turn directions, right from your mobile phone! How easy is that?

We know that when you’re searching for a nearby hospital or emergency department, time is often of the essence. Our new map takes your search time down to a handful of seconds, so that you can access care as quickly as possible.

Making health care easier

You may not want to think about whether you’re looking for a location, a doctor, a service line or a condition. In the event you just know the topic you’re looking for – use our new search tool. It let’s you search EVERYTHING on the site and you can even filter the results to find exactly what you’re looking for, whether that’s a doctor, a local event, or more about a condition or treatment.

The new Mercy.com is written in plain language so that you don’t have to be a medical professional to understand it. Your health is the single most important thing in your life, and because of that, we believe taking care of your health should be easy.
