Mental health is just as important as physical health. It’s critical to keep this in mind this as we navigate the current COVID-19 pandemic. For many of us, all the changes and uncertainty we are experiencing are causing lots of new stress in our daily lives.

Dr. Carson Felkel, system medical director behavioral health, and Dr. Aimee Drescher, a clinical psychologist in the Toledo market, have teamed up to host a video series to share tips and advice about handling pandemic-related anxiety.

To help normalize anxiety, they explain why many of us might be feeling this way.
